Bellator 14 Results: Askren, Reis, Imada, and Curran Advance in Tourneys
Ben Askren advanced to the semifinals of Bellator’s welterweight tournament with a controversial submission of Ryan Thomas in the main event of Thursday’s Bellator 14 at the historic Chicago Theatre in Chicago, Illinois.
Wilson Reis submitted Shad Lierley to move on to the featherweight semis, while Toby Imada subbed late-replacement James Krause and Pat Curran scored a highlight reel KO of Mike Ricci to advance to the lightweight semifinals.
