Joe Warren survived a first-round beating at the hands of featherweight champ Joe Soto before storming back to win the title by knocking Soto out just 33-seconds into the second in the main event of Thursday’s Bellator 27 in San Antonio.

Bellator 27 also saw bantamweights Zach Makovsky, Ed West, and Ulysses Gomez advance in the 135-pound tournament with decision wins.
