After an injury recently forced him out of a UFC 117 matchup with Rodney Wallace, undefeated newcomer Stanislav Nedkov is slated to make his UFC debut against returning light heavyweight Steve Cantwell at UFC 120 on October 16 in London, MMAjunkie reports.

Cantwell (7-3), the final WEC 205-pound title-holder, suffered back-to-back losses to Luiz Cane and Brian Stann in 2009 and was recently cleared to return after being forced out of a January matchup with Vladimir Matyushenko for undisclosed medical reasons.

Nedkov (11-0) earned wins over Travis Wiuff and Kevin Randleman in Sengoku in 2009 before earning a UFC contract with a first-round submission win in his most-recent fight in May.

The UFC 120 fight card is headlined by Michael Bisping vs. Yoshihiro Akiyama and also includes Dan Hardy vs. Carlos Condit and John Hathaway vs. Mike Pyle
