The UFC’s long awaited Boston debut is finally official, as “UFC 118: Edgar vs. Penn 2” was today announced for August 28 at Boston’s TD Garden featuring a main event rematch between lightweight champion Frankie Edgar and former title-holder BJ Penn.

Former boxing champ James Toney makes his mixed martial arts debut against hall of fame former champion Randy Couture in the event’s co-headliner, while the pay-per-view main card also includes a battle between lightweight contenders Kenny Florian and Gray Maynard and middleweights Nate Marquardt vs. Rousimar Palhares.
